As a food writer, Nicky creates delicious recipes tailor made to each specific client’s brief with the aim of highlighting and promoting individual products or brands, whether it’s for quick supper ideas, àla carte recipes, or hints and tips. The style of writing will be adapted for each specific client. Nicky is a regular cookery writer for Waitrose Weekend magazine, and also writes for HGCA (including Farmhouse Breakfast Week, Oats and Wholegrain Goodness), Potato Council, Rodda’s, Blue Dragon and Marine Foods. As well as developing recipes, Nicky also thoroughly tests recipes to ensure that they work and copy proofs for any errors. Additionally, Nicky has tested many recipes for a number of celebrity chefs including Delia Smith and Heston Blumenthal. |
